No one under the age of 21 is permitted at the rally.

If you pre-register and do not show up at the rally. There is no refund and no event t-shirt. Event T-Shirts will not be mailed to NO-Shows. If you are unable to make the event, you may have a friend pick-up your event t-shirt with your confirmation number.
